We aim to ship or post your items within 48 hours after receiving payment, and will let you know beforehand if we experience any delays. All local deliveries are free, and will not incur any additional postage or packing costs.

LOCAL DELIVERY METHODS:

All website orders will incur a HK$60 postage and handling fee. We offer two main methods of delivery:

1. HONG KONG POST - This is our primary method. All orders made via the website or at parties will be sent via Hong Kong post directly to your mailing address, unless otherwise requested.

2. HAND-DELIVERY / PICK-UP IN CENTRAL - Please let us know a time and location convenient to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY METHODS:

1. HONG KONG REGISTERED MAIL / EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (SPEEDPOST) - Please contact us directly with a list of the items you would like to order and preferred shipping method. We will calculate shipping (and any other packing + administrative costs) based on the weight of items ordered and send you a consolidated invoice. Payment can then be made via credit card / PayPal and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) you order can be legally brought into the destination country and will pass customs clearance. You will also bear any costs of returning defective items to us if you would like them to be eligible for exchange or refund.

Delivery times will vary according to destination and based on shipping method. As such, please correspond with us directly for more information. We apologise that at this time we are only able to process international orders that exceed HK$1000 (excluding shipping). Please contact us for a quote.
